Black Bird Resilience Apothecary & Zen, LLC takes pride in the herbal formulations created and master. The CEO being a certified master herbalist has created a tea inspired by her own mental health journey. The worry less & relax tea is designed to drink during moments of pressure, stress, anxiety related issues, excessive thinking, as well as most of all assisting with healthier sleep patterns. Some of the tea main base components are Vervain & Catnip. 
***FYI: if you deal with any asthma issues or breathing issues, this tea is not recommended due to catnip.
